Refund policy

Returns

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We strongly recommend that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will assist you with a replacement or store credit.

If we approve a return under special circumstances, such as a damaged or defective item, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us with your order number and details for further assistance.
